Permanent Commission composed of elected members belonging to different nationalities. Their number is fixed by each congress. Now, there are 48 members. Directive Committee composed of a) the President of the Permanent Committee b) the Vice-Presidents of the Commission c) the 3 Members of the Permanent Commission d) the General-Secretary, the Secretary-Treasurer and the Adjoint-Secretary. HB 1929: 1) Permanent Commission composed of elected members of different nationalities; the number is fixed at every Congress and is at present fifty. 2) Executive Committee 1. La Commission permanente composée de membres élus appartenant à différentes nationalités et dont le nombre est fixé par chaque congrès; il est actuellement de soixante-cinq.
